The Bears rank 32 in the league next season for something that's good.
There .414 opponents winning percentage, 105-149-2 record, ranks as the easiest schedule next season.
The Vikings, Packers, Steelers, Ravens and Cardinals, whose schedules are just a little bit harder "percentage wise."
Below are the opponents for the Bears next season:
2009 | |
HOME | AWAY |
Cardinals | 49ers |
Rams | Seahawks |
Browns | Ravens |
Steelers | Bengals |
Packers | Packers |
Vikings | Vikings |
Lions | Lions |
Eagles | Falcons |
If the Bears got nine wins last season with a some what harder schedule, they should get 10 or 12 wins next season.
Besides the teams in the NFC North, the Bears will face the NFC West and AFC North.
Interestingly enough they will play both the Super Bowl teams (Cardinals and Steelers), but both games will be in Chicago.
They will also play the Eagles in Chicago and the Falcons in Atlanta again.
After this season was completed it was calculated that, the Bears had the "easiest" schedule; their opponents had a .475 winning percentage.
Good luck next season Bears!
