The Bears took care of all of their big names last year, so this year nobody that is hugely important is a priority.
Mike Brown *

Rex Grossman *

The asterisks are the players I think the Bears should keep.
Mike Brown should be brought back, even though he is hurt a lot, he is a great player when on the field.
Lloyd could be good as a 3rd or 4th receiver.
Grossman should be brought back to compete with Orton and maybe another veteran QB.
St. Clair will defiantly be brought back for depth behind the young players like, Chris Williams and Josh Beekman.
Brandon McGowan has been hurt a lot, just like Mike Brown, but I think having more solid depth at safety is a great idea.

I agree with your needs, but maybe not in that order. I think you should put Safeties (both positions) on there too.
Grossman only attracts negative attention and will never make it in Chicago. I think it's time to move on from him, regardless of what his talents and downfalls are.
thanks for the comment. I agree safety is very important. probably more than QB, but i just know Grossman will play for a team maybe even the Vikings and burn us. If he did play for the Vikes, he would have Adrian Peterson and Bernard Berrian that's a lot of weapons. I still think a better o-line will help Grossman where ever he goes.

He wants some big dough though
