"A Wild" Wild Card Weekend

The team who no one thought would make the playoffs.

Donovan McNabb and the Philadelphia Eagles took down the Minnesota Vikings 26-14.

They held Adrian Peterson to 83 yards on 20 carries.

But Peterson scored two key touchdowns.

He had one 40 yard TD run early in the game and besides that the Eagles shut him down.

The Eagles have won seven straight playoff openers.

Look Ahead:

The Eagles will head to New York this Sunday.

The Eagles and Giants split the season series.
The Baltimore Ravens beat the Miami Dolphins in Miami 27-9.

They forced Chad Pennington to throw four interceptions and Patrick Cobbs to fumble once.

Ed Reed played great, he had two interceptions, one which he returned for a touchdown.

The Dolphins only had 13 turnovers the whole season, but you can never win when you turnover the ball five times.

Especially in the playoffs.

Look Ahead:

The Ravens will head to Tennessee to take on the Titans this Saturday.

San Diego defeated the Indianapolis Colts Saturday Night 23-17 in OT, on the legs of little Darren Sproles.

Look Ahead:

The Chargers will face the Pittsburgh Steelers in Pittsburgh on Sunday, in the late game.

Arizona took care of buisness against the Falcons with a 30-24 and there first playoff win since 1998.

Edgerrin James looked fresh and the WR duo of Larry Fitzgerald and Anquan Boldin really shined.

Look Ahead:

They will take on the Carolina Panthers in Carolina next Saturday night.
